To view your shopping cart, click the ‘view cart’ button on the top of the page. Before the payment, you will be asked to fill in personal details that are necessary to finalise the order. After finalising the order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 6 hours, please check the spam box or contact us. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in my webshop. If you place an order you automatically comply with the terms and conditions.
All prices are in Euro and include the statutory VAT of 19%.
The buyer agrees to the general terms and conditions (GTC) with a purchase / order.

Delivery and delivery time
All packages will be sent from the Germany within 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed outside the Germany and inside Europe will likely take between 1 to 3 weeks.
Orders placed outside Europe will approximately take 2 to 5 weeks. Please contact me us something went wrong with your order. All orders will be delivered by Deutschen Post, DHL oder Hermes. The costs of delivery will be added to your cart when finalizing your order. Insured shipping is also available upon request with additional costs.
Cancellation and Right of return
You can return your products within 14 days after purchase. We can only accept undamaged products that have been sent in a strong packaging. The costs of returning an order, including a tracking code, will be on your behalf. Please contact us (info@mariacarnevale.com) when you would like to return your order. When the package has not been sent yet, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of the costs. Please contact me when you want to cancel your order, or when you would like to make changes concerning your order, we are always happy to help.
Excluded are products that were manufactured at the request (personalised products) of the buyer.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs can be found in the respective item description or are displayed before the purchase is completed. When buying more than one item, the shipping costs will be adjusted.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
Warranty
Please check your order after receiving it, as it could have been damaged while shipping. If this is the case, please contact us within 3 days via email. You can attach 5 picture of the damaged product and packaging material to my email info@mariacarnevale.com. Should transport damage to the goods be detected, the recipient must immediately report the damage to the carrier (shipping service).
I am not liable for defects which have arisen as a result of incorrect handling, normal wear and tear or through external influence. No guarantee is given by the supplier.
Rights and privacy
All rights of the products and illustrations purchased in the webshop belong to Maria Carnevale. Under no circumstances can these products be replicated or used for new products without our permission. When placing an order, you will be required to fill in personal information. This information will only be used to process the order.
